Anche in inverno il Lago di Como regala bellissimi panorami. Rinunciare a una gita all’aria aperta a causa del freddo sarebbe davvero un peccato, anche perché le cime innevate dei monti che circondano il lago regalano sempre grandi emozioni
Non fatevi abbattere dalle basse temperature, tenete d’occhio le previsioni e il primo giorno di sole tirate fuori la vostra bicicletta: si parte per Como! L’occasione non mancherà di certo e con il Natale alle porte potreste prolungare la vostra permanenza per dedicare un’altra giornata ai mercatini natalizi. In macchina o in treno, giunti a Como fate una bella colazione nutriente e saltate in sella. Terzo lago italiano per superficie, il Lario vi regalerà una giornata da ricordare. Circondati dalle cime dei monti che si specchiano sulle acque del lago e scorci romantici, partite per il vostro giro: passando per la rinomata Bellagio arriverete fino a Melgrate. Si parte quindi da Como, dove si imbocca subito la SS583. Difficile perdervi: dovrete sempre tenervi su questa strada e, nel caso vi dovessero venire dei dubbi, ricordate che le montagne dovranno sempre risultare alla vostra destra. Non fatevi mancare qualche sosta, soprattutto in coincidenza di Torno e Nesso, due centri che sicuramente meritano una visita. Non ripartite senza aver scattato una foto al famoso orrido di Nesso, una gola formatasi dalla congiunzione di due torrenti in corrispondenza del centro abitato. Proseguite quindi in direzione Bellagio, dove godrete di ampi panorami e incontrerete Villa Melzi e Villa Serbelloni. Procedendo verso sud est giungerete a Melgrate, detta anche “Venezia del Lario”, titolo guadagnato grazie allo splendore artistico e alla vivace attività intellettuale che registrò specialmente nel ‘700. La giornata è finita e anche l’itinerario. Virate verso ovest, tornate a Como e premiatevi con una bella cenetta!

Whether by car or train, once you get to Como, have a good nutritious lunch and jump on your saddle. Como is third largest Italian lake for surface area and will certainly give you a day to remember. Surrounded by the mountains reflected in its waters and romantic views, start your trip for Melgrate via the famous Bellagio. Starting from Como, immediately taking the SS583.
